“All in all!” is a term used by most of us to indicate someone who is the most important of a team. However, its true meaning is something else:

“with everyone or everything taken into account at the same time”.

Some words and phrases near it in meaning are:

all around, all told, altogether, collectedly, collectively, inclusively, overall and together.

Like on so many other occasions, Indian English has transformed the original meaning has taken a different avatar in this country!
